Ozark Motor Lines held its annual Safety Banquet February 20, 2010 at the Gold Strike Casino Resort. Several drivers were honored for 20 years of safe driving. They were Charlie Thompson, Dudley Luttrell, Larry Peevy, William Young, Bobby Jordan, and Ron Manis. They each received a model truck with their 20 years of safe driving printed on the side and will have their name decaled on the side of a trailer with their 20 years of safe driving noted. There was a drawing held for all the drivers who had gone the full year without a preventable accident and who had been an active driver for the full year and still currently employed by the company. Twenty drivers were awarded a check for $500.00. The drivers were Herbert Nichols, John Sharon, David Tucker, Eddie Gilbert, Darrell Trantham, Michael Meredith, Mark Harris, Jess Wood, Steve Morgan, Clarence Gwinn, Kenneth Douglas, Greg Gore, Michael Murrell, James Shirley, Randy Dennis, Jan Corbett, David Maynard, Jerry Rollins, Charles Carter, and Michael Logan. |
